ABOUT FINANCING

What is the difference between a loan and a lease?

To put it shortly, a loan is to borrow money to buy a car.
So what is a lease? Lease is to have a car while paying a fixed amount during the contract period.
The major difference from the loan is that the lease fee includes future costs such as taxes, vehicle inspection costs, and other maintenance costs, in addition to the vehicle price.
Everybody feels uneasy once, such as "Payment of automobile tax is coming soon ..." or "Have to get an automobile inspection soon ...", but such troubles are completely solved. Then, I will explain why the lease can be offered at a low price such as "10,000 yen per month".
The reason lease fees are low price is because they have a residual value. The vehicle value is set a few years later, and in order to save the monthly amount, the residual vehicle value is set higher than the remainder setting-type loan.
Therefore, when the lease contract expires, it is basically necessary to return your car.
However, depending on the type of contract, if you pay for the residual value, you can purchase your car like the remainder setting-type loan.
Since the cost of maintaining the vehicle can be included in the monthly payment, there is no need to worry about future expenses such as taxes, maintenance and inspections, and you can pay at a low price, so you have more choices for purchsing a car.

What is the remainder setting-type loan?

Remainder setting-type loan is a method that, when purchasing a car, decides the trade-in price of the car several years later and repay the difference by loan.
Usually, most stores only offer on new and unused vehicles, but we can offer it all our inventories.
Next, we will explain the payment method.
For example, if the vehicle you are purchasing is priced at 2,000,000 yen and traded-in at 600,000 yen after 5 years, you will repay the difference of 1,400,000 yen for a loan of up to 5 years. Then you must choose to return the car after payment of the loan or own it. If you want to own it, you can repay the amount of the remaining value by loan again.
If you think "It's really ideal but the budget is over...", "I would like to own a higher-grade vehicle if the monthly fee is a little lower!" or "I do not own for a long time and want to renew regularly", it is a very popular way to purchase.
On the other hand, the disadvantage is that if the number of scratches and dents on the vehicle increases or if the kilometers was significantly increased, the trade-in price (the residual value) will go down. And you have to pay for the lost assessment. In addition, if the condition has changed significantly due to dress-up, etc., it will also cause the lost assessment.
We will offer you to best purchase plans according to your wishes.

Can I apply for a loan even if I am under 20?

Even if you are under the age of 20, you can apply an auto loan if you have a driver's license, have a regular job and continuous income, and your parent can be a guarantor.
*If you are 18 years or older and have a driver's license, are also married, and are the head of a family register, you do not need a parental guarantor.
